When will clients receive contract notes?

Contract notes will be issued at the end of each day, for any trades that had been executed on that day.

We’ll send clients an email as and when they are ready to view from their message hub. They’ll be given a link to each individual contract note in their hub – allowing them to download it there and then, or to view it at any point in the future.

To minimise unwanted clutter for clients who have completed several trades in a single day, we’ll send them a single email notification to tell them that all contract notes are available to view.

Advisers can see a client’s contract notes – along with any other communications they have received – by visiting their individual message hub from the Professional UI.
