What happens if I make a mistake and enter the wrong details?

Don’t worry, mistakes happen to the best of us.

If you know you’ve entered something into the system in error – for example keying instructions into the wrong account, or even the wrong client – please get in touch with us as quickly as you can, so that we can look to unwind the action in question.

The more time that’s passed, the more complex the process of unwinding and the longer it could take; and because you'll be responsible for any impacts of the error, it's better to let us know as soon as you realise!
